Terms of Sale

WeBuyAllTickets is a ticket buying service based in the United States. You can contact us at info@webuyalltickets.com. We buy tickets directly from fans in the United States, the UK and worldwide.

The cash figure shown on screen as you use our funnel is an estimate from today's market, not yet an offer. It is generated from live resale-market data — or, where there is no live market price, from the face value you tell us — and is provided to give you a rough idea of value. It is not an offer and does not create any binding obligation on either party. Estimates may change; your firm offer follows in minutes and can be higher or lower.

After you submit your contact details, we review your tickets and confirm a firm offer — typically within minutes during our hours. We send it by WhatsApp and email with a link to your offer page, which states the price we will pay and any conditions.

Your offer is held at full price for 24 hours from the moment we send it. It reduces by 5% of the original offer per day, never below 75% of it, and a reduced offer stays open for 14 days after the full-price period. Then the link expires. We may withdraw an offer at any time before you accept it. A binding agreement to sell is formed only when you accept the offer through your seller link, and acceptance locks in the amount shown at that moment. You are under no obligation to accept.

Resale prices move constantly with demand, fixtures, line-ups and timing. Accordingly, an estimate may be revised at any time, and an unaccepted offer reduces over time as set out in clause 3 and may be withdrawn before you accept. Once you accept a firm offer, the amount shown at that moment is fixed for that transaction, subject to successful verification (clause 5).

When you accept an offer you choose how you would like to be paid. You then hand the tickets over through your offer page: transfer them to us through the event's official app, upload the ticket files, or both, as agreed. We will verify that the tickets are genuine, valid, transferable and as described.

Your payout is locked in the moment we verify your tickets, and paid within 14 days. We pay by the method you chose when you accepted. No seller fees. The offer you accept is the amount you're paid.Offers are in US dollars; if your bank or payment app converts to another currency it may apply its own charge, which we can't control.

If verification fails (for example the tickets are invalid, duplicated, or non-transferable), we may decline to complete the purchase and no payment will be due. If that happens after you have transferred tickets to us, we transfer them back to you through the same app within 5 business days, delete any files you uploaded, and tell you why.

By selling tickets to us, you confirm that:

• you legally own the tickets and are entitled to sell and transfer them;
• the tickets are genuine, valid and have not been resold, listed or cancelled elsewhere;
• the tickets are not for a football match in England or Wales that you are not authorised by the organiser to sell (Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994, s.166);
• selling the tickets to us does not breach the event organiser's terms in a way you have concealed from us; and
• the information you provide (event, seats, transfer method, contact and payment details) is accurate.

You may withdraw at any time before you accept a firm offer, at no cost. After acceptance, a sale may only be cancelled by mutual agreement, or by us where verification fails or we reasonably suspect fraud. If a sale is cancelled before transfer, neither party owes the other anything in respect of that transaction.

We take fraud seriously. We may carry out identity and ownership checks, delay or withhold payment pending verification, decline transactions, and report suspected fraud to event organisers, payment providers and the authorities. Submitting tickets you are not entitled to sell, or providing false information, may be a criminal offence.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability arising from a transaction is limited to the price payable for the relevant tickets.

We process your personal data in line with our Privacy Notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which WeBuyAllTickets is based, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that state. If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the EU, nothing in this clause removes the protection of laws in your country that cannot be excluded by agreement, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.
