1. Who we are
WeBuyAllTickets is a UK service that buys tickets directly from fans. We are operated by [COMPANY NAME PENDING], a company registered in England & Wales under Company no. [PENDING], registered office [ADDRESS PENDING]. You can contact us at [CONTACT EMAIL PENDING].
2. Estimates are indicative and non-binding
The cash figure shown on screen as you use our funnel is an indicative estimate only. It is generated from live resale-market data and is provided to give you a rough idea of value. It is not an offer and does not create any binding obligation on either party. Estimates may change, and the figure we ultimately offer may be higher or lower.
3. How a firm offer is made
After you submit your contact details, we review your tickets and confirm a firm offer — typically within minutes during opening hours. The firm offer states the price we will pay and any conditions. A binding agreement to sell is formed only when (a) we have communicated a firm offer to you and (b) you have accepted it. You are under no obligation to accept.
4. Prices reflect the live market and can change
Resale prices move constantly with demand, fixtures, line-ups and timing. Accordingly, an estimate or an unaccepted offer may be withdrawn or revised at any time before you accept. Once you accept a firm offer, the agreed price is fixed for that transaction, subject to successful verification (clause 5).
5. Verification, transfer and payment
After you accept an offer you will transfer the tickets to us using the method agreed (for example, official app transfer or e-tickets). We will verify that the tickets are genuine, valid, transferable and as described.
Once verification is complete, we pay you by UK bank transfer (BACS / Faster Payments) to the account you provide — typically promptly, and often the same day. We deduct no seller fees: the accepted offer is the amount you receive. If verification fails (for example the tickets are invalid, duplicated, or non-transferable), we may decline to complete the purchase and no payment will be due.
6. Your promises to us
By selling tickets to us, you confirm that:
- you legally own the tickets and are entitled to sell and transfer them;
- the tickets are genuine, valid and have not been resold, listed or cancelled elsewhere;
- selling the tickets to us does not breach the event organiser's terms in a way you have concealed from us; and
- the information you provide (event, seats, transfer method, contact and payment details) is accurate.
7. Cancellation
You may withdraw at any time before you accept a firm offer, at no cost. After acceptance, a sale may only be cancelled by mutual agreement, or by us where verification fails or we reasonably suspect fraud. If a sale is cancelled before transfer, neither party owes the other anything in respect of that transaction.
8. Anti-fraud
We take fraud seriously. We may carry out identity and ownership checks, delay or withhold payment pending verification, decline transactions, and report suspected fraud to event organisers, payment providers and the authorities. Submitting tickets you are not entitled to sell, or providing false information, may be a criminal offence.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability arising from a transaction is limited to the price payable for the relevant tickets. [Liability wording to be confirmed by a UK solicitor.]
10. Data protection
We process your personal data in line with our Privacy Notice.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales. [To be confirmed by a UK solicitor.]
